    Selection skills of VOC waste gas disposal equipment in paint factory
    No matter what kind of waste gas disposal products, there may be some problems in the operation process. In order not to affect our normal work, we need to pay attention to some matters in the operation process.     After the odor gas is fed into the VOC waste gas disposal equipment of the paint factory by the exhaust ventilation equipment, the purification equipment uses the high-energy UV ultraviolet ray beam and ozone to stop synergistic oxidation reaction of the odor gas, so that the odor gas material can be degraded into low molecular compound, water and carbon dioxide, and then discharged outdoors through the exhaust duct.
    In many equipment for waste gas disposal, low cost, less energy consumption, no secondary pollution, energy saving and environmental protection should be selected according to the detailed conditions. For example, CHO-91 exhaust gas purification tower, a representative unit of the exhaust gas purification industry, adopts five-fold exhaust gas adsorption and filtration purification system. The exhaust gas purification design is meticulous, and the exhaust gas is purified and filtered layer by layer.     The working principle of VOC waste gas disposal equipment in paint factory is as follows: the waste gas enters the disposal and installation, first through the wash disposal process section, removes particulate matter and thin matter, goes up through the dehydration filter layer, and then enters the secondary low temperature plasma to stop the purification and disposal, and the clean air is exhausted through the flue tube.
    The special high-energy and high-ozone ultraviolet ray beam is used to reflect odorous gases in the VOC waste gas disposal equipment of paint factory. The odorous gases such as ammonia, trimethylamine, hydrogen sulfide, methyl thiol, methyl sulfide, dimethyl disulfide, carbon disulfide and styrene, sulfide H2S, VOC, molecular chain structure of benzene, toluene and xylene are changed. The molecular chains of organic or inorganic malodorous compounds can be degraded into low molecular compounds, such as CO 2 and H 2, under the irradiation of high energy ultraviolet light.
    An intact exhaust gas purification system generally consists of five parts. They are exhaust gas collection and installation (gas collecting hood) for trapping polluted gases, connecting the local pipelines of each part of the system, so that the polluted gases can be purified and installed, and the ventilators that provide power for gas activities can be fully used to reduce pollution by atmospheric diffusion and dilution.     The disposal of waste gas should be stopped from two aspects: one is dust removal of suspended particulate pollutants; the other is control of purification of gaseous pollutants by using physical and chemical properties, such as solubility, adsorption saturation, dew point and selective chemical reaction, to separate pollutants from the waste gas. The basic methods of waste gas purification include absorption method, adsorption method, condensation method, catalytic conversion method and quenching method.
