    Analysis of advantages and disadvantages of low temperature plasma purifier treatment
    With the development of the global economy, environmental pollution has become increasingly prominent, various types of environmental pollution emerge in endlessly, seriously endangering human health and survival. For the sake of human safety, it is urgent to manage the environment. In recent years, many high and new technologies have emerged in the world, such as ultrasonic, photocatalytic oxidation, low temperature plasma and reverse osmosis. Low temperature plasma is a hot topic in recent research. It is a new technology to treat toxic and refractory substances as a kind of high efficiency, low energy consumption, large amount of treatment and simple operation.


    Low temperature plasma technology is a highly aggregated plasma exhaust purifier around the electrode (the voltage difference formed by bipolar or multipole) through a conductive medium (an electrolyte in a Sodium Chloride Solution or a cell liquid). The plasma region is made up of highly ionized particles, which have enough energy to smash the organic molecules and molecules within the tissue to separate the molecules and molecules and reduce the volume of the tissues. It does not directly damage tissue, but has minimal damage to surrounding tissues. Because the current does not flow directly through the tissue, the fever is minimal and the treatment temperature is low. Therefore, it has the advantages of surface tissue temperature of 40-70 C, minimal indirect tissue damage, minimal thermal penetration, and fixed-point ablation of tissue through molecular separation.
    Plasma is the fourth state in which matter exists except solid, liquid and gaseous state. It has macroscopic electrical neutrality and high conductivity. The plasma contains a large number of active electrons, ions, excited particles and photons. The results of the collisions between the active particles and the gas molecules produce a large number of strong oxidizing free radicals 0. The organic molecules are oxidized by these strong oxidizing substances and eventually degrade into CO2 and H2O. The main technologies of plasma exhaust purifier include DC corona discharge, pulse corona discharge, dielectric barrier discharge, surface discharge. The current gas pressure of the common discharge reactor corona discharge and dielectric barrier discharge is 105Pa, the electric field intensity is 5 x 104 and 102-105 respectively, and the production of plasma is used. It is the discharge of high voltage electric field, which is dangerous for some inflammable and explosive exhaust gas.
    Low temperature plasma is an electrochemical process under the integrated action of electron, chemistry and catalysis. It is a chemical bond energy that relies on the powerful electric field energy produced by the plasma in a moment to ionize and crack harmful gases, thereby destroying the structure of the exhaust gas molecules and achieving the purpose of purification.
    The low temperature plasma exhaust purifier can effectively remove the main pollutants such as volatile organic compounds (VOC), inorganic substances, hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, thiol and other major pollutants, as well as the odor of various odors. It can be removed for a long time, accumulated odor and odor, and can be eliminated in 24 hours, and it has a strong killing of bacteria, virus and other microbiology in the air. Material ability, and has obvious anti mildew effect.
    The waste gas treatment of cryogenic plasma does not require any additives, and does not produce waste water or waste residue. It will not cause two pollution.
    The characteristics of waste gas treatment by low temperature plasma method:

    Inadequacies of low temperature plasma:

The relevant quality management standards are not perfect, and there is a lack of strict identification basis for manufacturers of different levels of technology.
