    Exhaust gas treatment equipment}VOC waste gas is a kind of volatile organic compound waste gas. The control technology of VOC waste gas treatment includes combustion, photocatalysis, activated carbon adsorption, absorption, condensation, biological treatment and so on. There are many treatment technologies for VOC waste gas. The VOC waste gas treatment technology in common use will be introduced in the following parts: 1. Adsorption method is used to eliminate harmful pollution by absorbing harmful ingredients such as activated charcoal, silica gel, zeolite molecular sieve, activated alumina and other porous materials. Microporous and mesoporous materials have been widely used in adsorption processes. However, some of the most common porous materials (such as activated carbon, silica gel and molecular sieves) encountered in practice, such as low adsorption capacity, flammability, and other problems related to regeneration. Therefore, people have been focusing on the adsorption capacity, fast reaction kinetics and high reversibility of new porous materials. The advantages of adsorption method are high removal efficiency, low energy consumption, mature process and solvent recovery after desorption. The disadvantage is that the equipment is huge, the process is complex, the running cost of the investment is high and there are two times of pollution. When there are particles of rubber or other impurities in the waste gas, the adsorbent is easily poisoned. Adsorption method mainly depends on the properties of adsorbents, gas polluted species and adsorption system (such as operating temperature and humidity etc.). Therefore, the key problem of adsorption is the selection of adsorbents. Adsorbents should have dense pore structure, large inner surface area, good adsorption property, stable chemical properties, acid and alkali resistance, water resistance, high temperature and high pressure, difficult to break and low air resistance. The commonly used adsorbents are activated carbon (granular and fibrous), activated alumina, silica gel, artificial zeolite and so on. The integrated technology of adsorption and other purification methods has been widely applied in many industries. Such as liquid adsorption and activated carbon adsorption process combined treatment of high concentration of recoverable styrene waste gas, adsorption and catalytic combustion method combined treatment of acetone waste gas. The adsorption method combined with other purification methods not only avoids the shortcomings of the two methods, but also has the characteristics of high adsorption efficiency and no two pollution. 2. The solvent absorption method uses liquid solvent as absorbent, so that the harmful components in the waste gas are absorbed by the liquid, thus the purpose of purification is achieved. The absorption process is based on the principle of similar phase dissolution of organic matter. The diesel and kerosene, which have high boiling point and low vapor pressure, are used as

    dissolving agents, and the VOC is transferred from gas phase to liquid phase. The absorption solution was then desorbed to recover the VOC and the solvent was regenerated. The method can not only eliminate gaseous pollutants, but also recover some useful substances, which can be used to treat VOC with a gas flow rate of 3000~15000 m3/h and a concentration of 0.05% ~ 0.5% (volume fraction). The removal rate can be reached to 95% ~ 98%. The advantage of this method is that it is effective and low cost in treating large volume, ambient temperature and low concentration organic waste gas, and can transform pollutants into useful products. However, the solvent absorption method still has shortcomings. Because of the large investment in the post-treatment of absorbents and the large selectivity to organic components, it is prone to two times of pollution. Therefore, when dealing with VOC, it is necessary to choose different solvents to absorb separately, which greatly increases the cost and technical complexity. In addition, the solubility of the organic matter in the absorbent, the concentration of the organic waste gas and the structure of the absorber, such as the packing tower, the spray tower, the liquid gas ratio, the temperature and so on are all the influencing factors of the absorption method, and any change will be more or less affected by the absorption method. 3. Thermal destruction method is divided into direct combustion method, catalytic combustion method and concentrated combustion method. The destruction mechanism is oxidation, pyrolysis and thermal decomposition, so as to achieve the purpose of VOCs treatment. Thermal damage method is suitable for small air volume, high concentration of gas treatment, for continuous discharge of gas, the use of simple equipment, less investment, easy operation, less area, in addition to the recycling of heat energy, gas purification thoroughly. Because the thermal damage method is catalytic combustion, the required ignition temperature is low, and most of the organic matter and CO can be reacted at 200~400 C. Therefore, the auxiliary fuel consumption is less, and the production of nitrogen compounds is reduced greatly, which is suitable for many occasions. However, the thermal damage method has the danger of combustion and explosion. Thermal combustion requires fuel consumption and solvent recovery. In the thermal catalytic oxidation process, the dust particles and droplets that affect the life of the catalyst and the efficiency of the catalyst are not allowed, and there is no substance to be poisoned by the catalyst in order to prevent the poisoning of the catalyst. Therefore, the catalytic combustion technology must be used to treat the waste gas before the waste gas is treated. 4, biological treatment biological treatment technology applied to organic waste gas purification treatment began in recent years, is a new technology. Common biological processes include biofiltration, biotrickling, biological washing, membrane bioreactor and rotary biofilter reactor. Biofilm method uses microbial metabolism to biodegrade a variety of organics and some inorganic substances, produce CO2 and H2O, and then effectively remove the pollutants in industrial waste gas. The method has the advantages of simple equipment, low operation and maintenance costs, and no two pollution. But for the complex waste gas or the VOC which is difficult to degrade, the removal effect is poor, the volume is large and the residence time is long. The effect of different fillers on the degradation of organic waste gas is different.
