    Plasma exhaust purifier company's solution for organic waste gas from spraying paint
    The main pollutants in the exhaust gas are the benzene, toluene, xylene and other organic gases produced by the volatilization of paint and diluents. At the present stage, the processing technology for organic gases mainly include adsorption, absorption, combustion, and plasma low temperature catalytic oxidation.
    1, adsorption method
    Adsorption method is the maximum surface residual energy of porous activated carbon, silicon bath soil, anthracite and other molecular level. The plasma gas purifier companies adsorb organic gas molecules on the surface, thus removing it from the air flow to meet the environmental requirements.
    The advantages of this method are: high efficiency (up to 99% of activated carbon adsorption method), wide spectrum adaptability, wide application range, simple operation and low investment cost.
    The disadvantages of this method are that the system resistance loss is large, which makes the energy consumption larger, the saturation point of adsorbent is difficult to grasp, the adsorbent capacity is limited, and the operation cost is higher.
    2, absorption method
    The absorption method can be divided into water absorption method and chemical absorption method according to the absorption liquid.
    The chemical absorption method is to add organic agents into the absorption liquid, such as diesel oil, twelve alkyl benzene sulfonate, alcohol and so on. These solvents and solutes (toluene, xylene, benzene, etc.) are similar to the principle of phase dissolution, let organic solvents absorb toluene, xylene, benzene, etc., and wash the dust at the same time. The contaminant is transferred from the gas phase to the liquid phase to remove it.
    The advantages of this method are: less engineering investment, low running cost and easy operation.
    The disadvantages of this method are: low efficiency, unstable, 50 ~ 70% purification efficiency, and difficult to meet the requirements of environmental protection. The plasma exhaust purifier is suitable for treating organic waste gas with low concentration and large air volume. It has two pollution.


    3. Combustion method
    Combustion is divided into direct incineration and catalytic oxidation combustion.
    Direct incineration requires a higher temperature, such as direct combustion of toluene about 800OC, a large amount of energy consumption, and the formation of NOx at high temperatures to cause two pollution.
    The catalytic oxidation combustion can be completely burned at lower temperature (usually between 250 ~ 400oC), which can be converted into harmless carbon dioxide and water, and the purification efficiency can be as high as 95%.
    But in practical application, it is faced with a series of problems, such as high energy consumption, small amount of treatment, difficult to start and maintain combustion reaction, low purification efficiency and so on.
    Many manufacturers use spray system to control the diffusion of spraying waste gas. Spray method has the advantages of simple process and economy. But because of the organic nature of the waste gas, it is difficult to dissolve in water, and the particle size is much smaller than that of liquid droplet. Therefore, the water spray method is less efficient and more difficult to remove it. Therefore, there is a big gap between the concentration of organic waste gas and the emission standard after spraying alone. According to our previous experience in the treatment of this kind of waste gas, it is suggested that water spray + activated carbon adsorption method, which has the advantages of high treatment effect and stable operation. The spray exhaust gas is produced in the spraying process. The liquid paint forms atomized dust particles and volatile organic matter under the pressure of air pressure. The concentration is high and the particle size is smaller, most of it is below 10 m. If not pretreated, the activated carbon micropores will be blocked and the activated carbon will be invalidated. The dust particles are removed by spraying water, and the dust particles in the waste gas are mostly intercepted and removed, then the activated carbon adsorption bed is entered. The organic gas is adsorbed by activated carbon in the bed, and the purifying gas is discharged by the air fan through the exhaust tube.
    Activated carbon adsorption is developed by using the principle of the porous nature of activated carbon and the principle of attraction. Because of the existence of unbalanced saturated molecular force or chemical bond force on the surface of the solid, when the surface of the solid is exposed to the gas, it can attract the gas molecules and keep it on the surface of the solid. This phenomenon is the phenomenon of adsorption. The active carbon adsorption method used in this process is to use the properties of the solid surface. When the waste gas is exposed to the porous activated carbon on the large surface, the pollutants in the waste gas are adsorbed on the solid surface of the activated carbon, which can be separated from the gas mixture to achieve the purpose of purification. The purification efficiency of the method can reach more than 95%. The previous engineering example data: the concentration of xylene in the air of the spray painting workshop can be reduced from 240~960 mg/m3 to 10.7 ~ 20.9 mg/m3, which is lower than the national hygienic standard, which greatly improves the operating environment of the workers.
    The plasma exhaust purifier is suitable for the paint shop in the furniture factory, auto parts factory, wood plant, prop factory, hardware factory, door and window factory, cupboard factory, decoration and decoration company and so on. It is used to deal with paint fog and exhaust gas when the paint is painted.
