    Waste heat treatment equipment} thermal combustion type thermal oxidizer. Generally speaking, it refers to gas incinerator. The gas incinerator is composed of three parts: combustion supporting agent, mixing zone and combustion chamber. Among them, combustion assisting agents, such as natural gas and oil, are auxiliary fuels. During the combustion process, the hot mixing zone produced in the incinerator can preheat the VOC waste gas. After preheating, it can provide enough space and time for the treatment of organic waste gas and finally realize the harmless treatment of organic waste gas. Under the condition of sufficient oxygen supply, the degree of reaction of the oxidation reaction - VOC removal rate - mainly depends on "three T conditions": reaction temperature (Temperat), time (Time), and turbulence mixing (Turbulence). This "three T condition" is interrelated. Within a certain range, the improvement of one condition can reduce the other two conditions. The disadvantage of the thermal combustion type thermal oxidizer is that the price of auxiliary fuel is high, resulting in higher operating cost. The interwall thermal oxidizer refers to the adding of the interwall heat exchanger in the thermal oxidation device to transfer the heat from the combustion chamber to the gas at the lower temperature at the inlet of the oxidation unit, and the oxidation reaction can be facilitated after the preheating is completed. At this stage, the heat recovery rate of the wall type heat exchanger can reach up to 85%, thus greatly reducing the consumption of auxiliary fuel. In general, there are three forms of the wall type heat exchanger: tube, shell and plate. Because the thermal oxidation temperature must be controlled in the range of 800 to 1000 degrees, the heat exchange between the walls must be made of stainless steel or alloy material. Therefore, the cost of the wall type heat exchanger is quite high, and this is also its drawback. In addition, the thermal stress of the material is also difficult to eliminate, which is another disadvantage of the wall type heat exchange. Regenerative thermal oxidizer, referred to as RTO, is included in the thermal oxidation device. It can be oxidized after VOC preheating. At this stage, the heat recovery rate of the regenerative thermal oxidizer has reached 95%, and its occupied space is relatively small, and auxiliary fuel consumption is relatively small. Because current regenerative materials can use ceramic fillers, they can handle corrosive or particulate VOC gases. At this stage, the RTO device is divided into two types of rotary and valve switching, of which valve switching is the most common type, consisting of 2 or more ceramic filled beds to change the direction of air flow by switching the valve, as shown in Figure 1. 2.6 liquid absorption method means that liquid absorption method refers to the transfer of harmful molecules in the organic waste gas to the absorbent through the contact of absorbent and organic waste gas, so as to realize the purpose of separating organic waste gas. This treatment is a typical physical and chemical process. After the organic waste gas is transferred to the absorbent, the harmful molecules in the absorbent are removed by analytical method and then recycled to realize the reuse and utilization of the absorbents. According to the principle of action, this method can be divided into chemical method and physical method. Physical method refers to the use of the principle of phase dissolving between substances, the water as an absorbent to remove the harmful molecules in the organic waste gas, but for the insoluble waste gas, such as benzene, can only be cleaned by chemical method, that is, the chemical reaction between the organic waste gas and the solvent, and then removed. 2.7 condensation recovery at different temperatures, the saturation of organic matter is different, condensing recovery method is the use of organic matter to play a role, by reducing or improving the system pressure, the organic matter in the steam environment is extracted by condensation. The organic waste gas can be purified by condensation extraction. The disadvantage is that it is difficult to operate. It is not easy to use cooling water at room temperature. It needs to cool the condensate, so it costs more. This treatment method is mainly suitable for the treatment of organic waste gas with high concentration and low temperature. In addition to the above methods, organic waste gas treatment also includes high temperature and catalytic combustion, activated carbon adsorption {method, ozone decomposition method and electrochemical oxidation method. These methods are suitable for organic waste gas treatment, but the specific method depends on the conditions such as exhaust gas concentration, equipment and environment temperature. In addition, the operation level of the operator should be considered. 3 concluding remarks at present, China's industrial development has entered a new stage, the increasingly prominent environmental problems have affected people's normal work and life, and environmental problems have attracted more and more attention. Therefore, under such circumstances, it is necessary to control the emission of harmful gases in the production areas such as industry and reduce its pollution to the atmospheric environment. In this paper, the author mainly discusses the related technologies of VOC waste gas treatment, including condensation treatment, oxidation treatment, liquid adsorption, biological treatment and adsorption.
